Beste can be shadow extracted from the Army of Shadows menu for 100 
Traces of Shadow after completing Normal Hidden 5 Episode 5 <The Disappearing Escape Route>.

The only ones who ever visit Beste are unfortunate wanders who have become lost, or those who are drawn by the echo of her beautiful melodies.
Either way, the outcome is always the same.
They become Beste's dinner.
Beste was ruthless, infamous for her frozen heart and was rumored to have no emotions at all. Once she got her claws on her prey, she would never let go.
She would play a harp carved from mana-infused glaciers to enchant a victim's mind, freezing everything but their chest to prevent any struggle, then take their heart from between their ribs with a single strike.
She would consume it while it was still warm.
The melody of the harp would send what remained of the body outside her domain to be discarded, where it was often found by other yeti.
Her story might bring to mind the tale of a woman who once punished with a frozen heart for attempting to betray her lord during a war. Though there were no witnesses to any of her ice-based cardiac violence, Beste's existence soon became widely know.
The other yeti called her the "Ice Witch" because of her frozen heart, avoiding her lair for fear that they too might fall victim to her quest for warmth.
Jinwoo heard Beste's melodies and sought her lair as well, unaware of the dangers it posed.
However, unlike the other victims, Jinwoo cared little about the beauty of the music. Rather, the sound of music in a dungeon at all sparked his curiosity.
Beste hadn't met a soul since the Monarch of Frost who was immune to the enchantment of her harp. So when she saw Jinwoo for the first time, her curiosity was sparked in turn.
Throughout the battle, she felt emotions reawaken within her frozen heart- emotions she hadn't felt since the Monarch of Frost. No, more than that- even though her heart was now frozen, she felt the admiration this foe inspired would allow her to feel loyalty again.
The emotions she felt weren't fake.
When she heard the command "Arise," and she opened her eyes, though her blood would never flow again, she felt a sense of loyalty flowing from deep within her heart.
