Secret File[]

The Black Falcon was always alone.

The Black Falcon didn't talk to anyone who participated in the raid, and he didn't do anything with the other party members even after entering the dungeon.

The party members expected that the Black Falcon would join them only after the sharp gunshots from afar died down.

In a tense situation in a dungeon where cooperation was considered important, acting independently like the Black Falcon wasn't easily tolerated.

The hunters were very dissatisfied with the Black Falcon's behavior.

But no one expressed it openly.

The reason was simple.

This was because the Black Falcon's skills were outstanding, and the loot he earned while acting independently was divided equally among the party members.

The Black Falcon said he would allow them to earn more money than they're supposed to, and who wouldn't want that?

By gibing up his share, the Black Falcon gained a little bit of freedom during the raid.

The Black Falcon's eccentricity spread quickly, and he quickly became famous. It was around that time that he earned the nickname Black Flacon.
He got that nickname because he disappeared as soon as the raid started, took care of his business and then quickly joined the party, hunting like a falcon.

The Black Falcon wasn't really pleased with the fame he gained through his eccentric activities.
However, as he participated in more raids, the raid site where the Black Falcon is said to be participating was crowded with reporters and onlookers looking for a story.

The day the Black Falcon participated in his 100th raid was the same as usual. A lot of people gathered, and the other team members of the strike squad seemed uncomfortable by the commotion, and the Black Falcon looked unusually calm.

The people that gathered were expecting him to achieve a new dungeon clear time just because the Black Falcon seemed to be in a better condition than usual.

However, no matter how long they waited, the strike squad didn't come out of the dungeon.
Time passed, and only after the sun had completely set did the team members of the strike squad begin to appear one by one.

The strike squad members looked miserable.
All of their equipment was broken, and there were large and small wounds all over their bodies.

People waited for the Black Falcon to appear while speculating that there must have been a magic beast so powerful that even a hunter as strong as the Black Falcon had a hard time killing it.

However, the Black Falcon didn't appear even after the remaining strike squad members exited the dungeon, and in the end, the gate closed.

The Hunters Association staff, who were investigating the incident inside the dungeon, asked about the Black Falcon's whereabouts, but none of the members spoke.

Various rumors were blown out of proportion due to the incomprehensible attitude of the strike squad members.
Of course, since the results of the Hunters Association's investigation was concluded to be a "simple disappearance" inside the dungeon, people didn't really believe the rumors.

That was certainly the case until the first strike squad victim.

The victim, who was found with exactly three bullets filled with mana power, was the leader of the strike squad that participated in the Black Falcon's last raid.

At first, people thought it was just another one of those crimes that are common in today's world.

However, when it was revealed that the second victim was also a strike squad members, various conspiracy theories began to circulate.

Among them, the one that attracted the most interest was an article claiming that the Black Falcon had returned alive.

The story was that the Black Falcon had an argument with the strike squad inside the dungeon that day and became trapped inside, but miraculously escaped through a gate that opened in another area and took revenge.

Since it was widely believed that anyone trapped in a dungeon couldn't return alive, the majority opinion was that it was nothing more than fiction.

However, a collector's item came to light after the article was posted, and it sparked speculation that perhaps the Black Falcon might really be alive.

Five years since the Black Falcon's disappearance.
The collection revealed by the collector was two pistoles used by the Black Falcon that couldn't have existed in the real world.
