Coldblooded Fighter. Blades is an original shadow soldier in Solo Leveling: ARISE based on Baruka.
Appearance[]
Resembling Baruka, Blades is clad in dark, angular armor with glowing blue accents and intricate designs. He wears a shadowy, tattered cape and wields dual glowing short swords. His helmet has a high crest and a skeletal mask, revealing only his piercing blue eyes. Blades exudes a cold, menacing aura, embodying the essence of a fearsome shadow warrior.
Obtaining and Promotion[]
Blades can be shadow extracted from the Army of Shadows menu for 100 
Traces of Shadow after completing Normal Chapter 12 Episode 1 <The Return>.

Baruka was the leader of the Ice Elves of the Snowfield and a frontline fighter against the Yetis.
When Baruka began to lead his own troops, they became quite famous, despite the fact that they didn't actively participate in battles due to the Ice Elves' policy on war.
This was due to their appearance.
Baruk's group was skilled at hiding their presence through "Camouflage." They often used this method of sneaking up on enemies before suddenly launching an all-out-attack, inflicting devasting damage.
Enemies had fallen to this tactic repeatedly but were unable to come up with a plan to counter it.
This was because the Ice Elves rarely joined the fight first. When the enemy wanted to detect their presence in advance, the battlefield was already swarming with numerous other magic beasts.
However, no strategy in flawless.
The enemy borrowed the power of "an object with some special power," and it did its job.
Baruka and his group were captured through the "Mirror of Reverse Sight."
The "Mirror of Reverse Sight" is a tool that makes all things it reflects look like the opposite of what they really are. And when Baruka's soldiers used "Camouflage," they appeared to be hidden: thus, the mirror revealed them.
Unaware of this, Baruka's troops were unable to fight back and were trapped in another dimension: inside the "Door of Another Space."
They continued on for an indefinite period of imprisonment.
And when their memories of war and lives before had begun to fade, they heard a voice.
"Kill the otherworldly being."
