<Prologue>
Our species was led out of the darkness by the miracle of the First Flame.
The flames which raged across the land were not as pure as the First Flame, but still inherited its ability to burn forever. Thanks to this new kind of flame, we demons were able to continue our lives despite the taint which overcame the First Flame.
For the flames showed no sign of stopping, and we hoped they never would, we called them "Unquenchable".
The Flame is the root of all demons, one and the same with our souls.
Reverence for eternity is deeply present in every thread of demon society.
Eternity is all that is divine.
Even the Monarch of White Flames bowed before its magnitude.
The Unquenchable Flame is tremendously important to the Demon Realm... and despite this, we may not know as much about the Unquenchable Flame as we thought.
We had never truly considered unleashing the true potential of the Unquenchable Flame.
This book details not only the origin of the Unquenchable Flame and its significance, but various collected studies that delved deeper into its secrets. I wrote this book in the hopes that it will serve as a compendium for future generations of demons, for whom this should be basic knowledge.
