Gates is a Game Mode where the user earns a variety of resources. The user can set a difficulty to scan gates for, with there being 45 difficulties increasing in rewards as difficulty does. Different Gates have different restrictions, Total Power, and gimmicks.

Gates can be entered using Gate Keys. Gates Keys are only used upon successfully clearing a Gate. Up to 10 Gate Keys are replenished every day. Gate Keys not used before the daily reset will be lost. 3 Gate Keys can also be bought for 150 Essence Stones 10 times a day.

Every time the user clears 2 gates, they are rewarded with bonus experience, up to 3 times. After the 3 XPs are taken, every 2nd cleared gate then grants gold.

Gates can be rescanned, allowing a completely new set of Gates to appear. The user can scan for gates for free every 5 minutes. If they don't want to wait 5 minutes, they can spend 500 Gold to rescan.
